What is mediation?
Mediation is a facilitated dialogue between two (or sometimes more) people who cannot productively communicate or work out a dispute on their own due to strong emotions, entrenched positions, and/or opposing interests.
The mediator acts as a neutral third party to bridge gaps in communication, help each side feel heard, and work toward resolution.
Mediation is a confidential process, meaning nothing said in the mediation can be used in court. This allows everyone to be as candid as possible in hopes of creating a more lasting resolution.
CoreLink Mediation utilizes a broad range of expertise and techniques to help you and the other party come to a mutually acceptable agreement. We will work with you to custom tailor the mediation process to best suit the needs of your situation.
