Cordell Wesselink founded CoreLink Services in 2011 to transform professional and personal relationships. Because human interactions and relationships can make life so enjoyable, productive, and enriching, they are important to develop and nurture, even when there is difficulty. However, in the midst of difficulty, conflict, differing communication styles, opposing interests, and the stresses of daily life, we can all become frustrated and lose hope that things will ever improve. Yet in working through these challenging interactions, CoreLink Services has found that even more productive, enlivening, and rewarding relationships await. Cordell has been inspired and captivated by this transformation, which is why he founded CoreLink Services.

Founder

Cordell has over 12 years of experience working with groups and individuals. He has worked with non-profits, businesses, universities, schools, families, and individuals from board members , CEOs, staff, community members, and educators. With a Masters in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding, he has both the theoretical and experiential knowledge to help individuals or groups of any size achieve their goals in the face of difficulty and conflict.
